SUMMER & FALL ACTIVITIES & PROGRAMS
Appleton Parks & Recreation is located downtown in City Hall,
100 North Appleton Street (corner of College Avenue and North
Appleton Street). The Customer Service Center is located on the
1 st Floor of City Hall with easy access to cashiers and information.
You can drop your registration and payments in the drop box
anytime, which is located near the Appleton Street entrance.

HERSHEY TRACK MEET
SPONSORED BY APPLETON PARKS & RECREATION
and APPLETON YMCA
The National Hershey Youth Track & Field Program is for
all boys and girls who live in the Appleton area and are
ages 9 to 14; 6 to 8 year olds are also invited to
participate, however, their events will not be Hershey
sanctioned and they will not advance to the District
Meet.
The local meet will be held at the North High School
track. All first place finishers (except for the 6 to 8 year
olds) will advance to the District Meet the second
week of June. District winners advance to the State
Meet in July.
Registration forms may be picked up at Appleton Parks
and Recreation Customer Service in City Hall,
www.appletonparkandrec.org, the Appleton YMCA
www.ymcafoxcities.org or Appleton schools beginning
in April.

DATE: Saturday, May 18, 2013
TIME: Day of registration will be from 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.
Meet will start at 9:00 a.m.
