Looking for an activity that is free, fun, improves your health, saves you money
and helps make the air cleaner? It’s as simple as riding your bike!
The City of Appleton is teaming up with the Fox Cities Cycling Association and
other area organizations to offer the Fox Cities Bike Challenge free to all Appleton
residents. In 2012, over 1,500 Fox Cities residents participated and Appleton
finished 2 nd
out of over 600 metro areas in the U.S. The City of Appleton has a
number of trails and is adding more bike lanes to make it easier to get around
the city by bike. Together, let’s see what we can do in 2013!

Join us at Pierce Park on Wednesday, June 12 for
the first annual Kids Rummage Sale! Youth ages
5-18 may reserve a space to sell gently used
toys, games and accessories!
Youth ages 12 and under must be supervised by
an adult at all times. For complete details and
