child is over 12, Project Locate will send you a list <strong>of</strong> providers to call yourself. A small fee<br />

addition to relay and <strong>in</strong>terpret<strong>in</strong>g services, CSD <strong>of</strong>fers nationally-accredited programs <strong>for</strong><br />

between the Maryland State Department <strong>of</strong> Education and the University <strong>of</strong> Maryland,<br />
College Park and serves children who are diagnosed deaf/bl<strong>in</strong>d. This project supports<br />
children <strong>in</strong> their home, school, and community by provid<strong>in</strong>g consultation, tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g and special<br />
