Leaps and Bounds Award<br />
Most Improved Runner<br />
The Leaps and Bounds Award goes to the male &<br />
female Strider who have improved immensely over<br />
the year and really stepped up their contribution to<br />
the Team.<br />
Lisa Klasman<br />
Lisa had a tremendous year in 2010. She ran<br />
NEGP races & 2 NHGP races. She scored 20<br />
NEGP points. She captained a team at the<br />
Vermont 100on100 relay and co-captained a team<br />
at the 200 mile Cape Relay. She improved her 1/2<br />
marathon time by 11 minutes - from 1:50 at the<br />
Great Bay Half Marathon in the spring to a 1:39 at<br />
the Manchester Half Marathon in the fall finishing<br />
2 nd in her age group. She took 3 minutes off her<br />
5m time and 2 minutes off her 5k time. She<br />
capped off the year by breaking the Novemberfest<br />
course record by 2 minutes 36 seconds to win in a<br />
time of 35:02.<br />

Chris had a breakthrough year in 2010. He ran<br />
NHGP races & 1 NEGP race. He scored 31<br />
NHGP points which was tops for <strong>Gate</strong> <strong>City</strong> in the<br />
Men’s Open division. He was also the Captain of<br />
his Mill Cities Relay Team. He ran a 4:29 at the<br />
Millennium Mile (2 nd in his age group), a 23:46 at<br />
Medical Center 6k (1 st in age group), a 1:20 at<br />
Pack, a 16:12 at Hollis Fast 5k (1 st in his age<br />
group and 1st GCS). He also won two races this<br />
year including the Beaver Brook Trail Race and<br />
competed in two non-traditional races: The 1:13<br />
Worcester Duathlon where he finished 1 st in his<br />
age group (3rd overall) and the Mighty Merrimack<br />
swim where he finished 2nd in his age group.<br />

Ubiquitous Award– Most Active Runner<br />
The Ubiquitous Award goes to the male & female<br />
Strider who have run the most number of Team<br />
races during the course of the year.<br />
