Haven provides 24 hours emergency assistance, temporary shelter, legal assistance and advocacy,<br />
support and education for battered women and their children and <strong>of</strong>fers community education, and<br />
referrals for those who batter. Haven also provides information and referrals for temporary<br />
restraining orders.<br />

The HRDC helps families who are homeless or in imminent danger <strong>of</strong> becoming homeless. A month's<br />
rent or mortgage payment may be available for homeless families or for those in immediate danger<br />
<strong>of</strong> becoming homeless.<br />

The <strong>Montana</strong> State University VOICE Center is committed to the belief that all people have the right<br />
to live free from violence and the fear <strong>of</strong> violence. The VOICE Center is a program <strong>of</strong> the Student<br />
Health Service that provides free and confidential support, advocacy, and referral services to<br />
survivors <strong>of</strong> rape, sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking. The VOICE Center emphasizes<br />
empowerment <strong>of</strong> the survivor and peer-‐based services provided by trained Advocates. VOICE Center<br />
Advocates can discuss concerns; reporting options, temporary orders <strong>of</strong> protection, support groups,<br />
counseling, and medical resources. It can also assist or accompany survivors in accessing medical,<br />
legal, or other services. Services are free & confidential.<br />

Love, INC is a telephone referral ministry that works with local churches to provide volunteer<br />
services such as; transportation for individuals and families in <strong>Gallatin</strong> <strong>County</strong>, access to resources,<br />
personal care items, linens, furniture, car repair, language translation, companionship, prescription<br />
assistance, household items or emergency day care. Requests and referrals are screened carefully.<br />
