All insurance including Medicaid accepted. Sliding fee scale based on household income available. Services include urgent needs, preventive care and limited restorative care. Two lactation consultants are on staff for breastfeeding support and education. GCCHD also provides routing childhood vaccinations for children ages 1-‐18 years for a donation of $15 per vaccine given. No child is denied service for immunizations due to inability to pay. Parents are in charge of the health care their children receive, and in some cases they are expected to make small co-‐payments. To be eligible, a child must: Be a Montana resident and U.S. citizen or qualified alien. Have been without health insurance coverage for at least three months. Be ineligible for Medicaid. Meet income guidelines. Have parents who do not work for the State of Montana.
