Extension EASA Competence<br />
The Agency intends that the EASA Regulation be<br />
extended on the basis of the following<br />
principles:<br />
• Community Essential Requirements covering<br />
pilot licensing and air operation > additional<br />
Annexes to the EASA Regulation.<br />
– Annex III > Pilot <strong>Licensing</strong><br />
– Annex IV > Air Operations<br />
• All types of activities, encompassing<br />
commercial, corporate and recreational<br />
aviation > Community legislation,<br />
– except for the activities of aircraft listed in a<br />
slightly amended Annex II of the EASA regulation.
