This is a self-drive event. We will visit
Briarswood Cottage, a Tudor style bed
and breakfast for a tour and then the
Heronswood estate and garden located
in Dromana for a conducted garden
tour followed by a scrumptious lunch.
Heronswood is home to the Diggers Club
where there will be an opportunity to buy
heritage seeds. Maps with application.

philosophy of place and designing for
a region; how commissions for buildings
came about and some of their projects

southern waters of port phillip, viewing

ashore for a tour of south Channel Fort.
Construction of the Fort on a .7hectare
man-made island was commenced in
1879 with the intention of defending
Melbourne in the event of being raided
by warships.
