2010-11: Opened his collegiate career with a first-place finish in the 200
breast against UNC Wilmington, touching in 2:08.95 … recorded a 10thplace
finish in the 200 breast and an 11th-place performance in the 100
breast at the Nike Cup Invitational … won the 200 IM in 1:56.74 against
Virginia … wrapped up an impressive freshman campaign with Duke’s top
performance of the season in the 200 breast at the ACC Championships,
a 2:01.12, 13th-place showing … also had a top-20 finish in the 100 breast
at the conference meet, where he posted 56.44 … one of only two Duke
competitors in the 400 IM at the ACC meet, where he finished 16th overall.
Prep: USA Swimming Scholastic All-America ... qualified for USA Senior
Nationals, USA Junior Nationals and NCSA Junior Nationals in the 100
breaststroke, 200 breaststroke, 200 IM, 400 IM and the 200 fly ... 2010
central region Swimmer of the Year ... member of the NCSA All-Star Team
that competed in a meet in Dublin, Ireland representing the United States
against Ireland and Spain.
Personal: Born Hunter Stephen Ramsey Knight on May 1, 1992 in Richmond,
