2010-11: Showed dramatic improvement on the season, placing eighth in<br />
the men’s 3-meter event at the ACC Championships with a season-best<br />
sc<strong>or</strong>e of 370.20 … collected an 18th-place finish at the NCAA Zone qualifiers<br />
in the 1-meter springboard competition … garnered career win against<br />
N<strong>or</strong>th Carolina, placing first on the 3-meter … powered to a fourth place finish<br />
in the Nike Cup Invitational in the 3-meter event with a sc<strong>or</strong>e of 293.70.<br />
2009-10: Placed third in his first collegiate dive on the 1-meter board with<br />
a sc<strong>or</strong>e of 238.12 in the home opener against UNC Wilmington ... placed<br />
16th on the 3-meter board at the NCAA Zone Diving Championships with a<br />
sc<strong>or</strong>e of 285.10 ... finished 17th in the 1-meter event at the ACC Championships<br />
and placed fourth overall in the 3-meter ... also placed 19th in men’s<br />
platf<strong>or</strong>m diving with a sc<strong>or</strong>e of 220.95 ... season-best perf<strong>or</strong>mance came<br />
in a second-place showing against Clemson on the 1-meter with a sc<strong>or</strong>e of<br />
366.98.<br />
Prep: Three-year letterwinner at Grosse Pointe South … earned all-state<br />
and All-America hon<strong>or</strong>s from sophom<strong>or</strong>e to seni<strong>or</strong> year … two-time Michigan<br />
Diver of the Year … member of Michigan’s swimming and diving “Dream<br />
Team” in both his juni<strong>or</strong> and seni<strong>or</strong> seasons … labeled Most Valuable Diver<br />
as a sophom<strong>or</strong>e, juni<strong>or</strong> and seni<strong>or</strong> … lettered as a sophom<strong>or</strong>e as a sprinter<br />
and pole-vaulter on the track team … 2009 JO Regional Champion as a part<br />
of the Legacy Diving Club … finished in fifth place at the 2009 JO Nationals<br />
… member of the National Hon<strong>or</strong> Society and Spanish Hon<strong>or</strong> Society.<br />
