they are not infantry corps commanders : they have much<br />
fewer people under th eir command .<br />
Our combat means are very<br />

The commitment of a squadron or even one airplane<br />
can have far greater resu lt s than th e employment of a<br />

or a battalion .<br />
Theq must also be sware of the fact that they<br />
are respons ibl e f or the use of very valuable h c x iical arms .<br />
For this reason<br />
contiṇua l indoctrination and review are<br />
essentia l . St aff visits should not be used to inspect but to<br />
attend routine duty performance ,<br />
to indoctrinate , and to<br />

mprove the training status steadily .<br />

Week shou l d b e d evoted to this pur pose .<br />
In addition to the corps commanders , th e wing conmanders<br />
