SALES TERMS
- GENERAL CONDITIONS. Prices are given in Euros and per linear meter (€/lm). Prices F.O.B.- Valencia. Taxes
not included.
- TRANSPORT. We may deliver the goods to any other factory in Castellon area (Spain) to make your shipments
easier (+6 €). We may assist you with the freight at your convenience. The merchandise travels at the buyer’s
risk. Emac® does not become responsible for damages, lost or delays suffered by the merchandise during the
transport.
Special Packaging for small parcels: +2 €, to protect your profi les during transport.
- CLAIMS. Buyer should check the material carefully at reception. Claims will not be admitted once the material
has been placed. All the information contained in this document is just to be considered as a guide, not
contractual; and therefore it cannot be taken as guarantee or be used for claims.
- EXCHANGES AND RETURNS. 15% restocking fee on all returns which will be carried out in form of exchange
of material. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the initial expedition date and it
can be only admitted when authorized previously in written. The material returning back must arrive to Emac®
undamaged, with the original packaging in complete boxes and freight prapaid. Only refunds of materials
matching exactly the current range in stock might be admitted.
- RESPONSIBILITY. Emac® does not become responsible for the fi nal use of the material. For enquiries about
uses and applications, please do not hesitate to contact our commercial department or our technical offi ce.
It will be a pleasure helping you with any technical question. Emac® does not guarantee the availability or
accuracy of the information contained in this document, and reserves the right to make changes in this price
list without previous notice.
