<strong>Co</strong>oking instructions for a 19 lb. to 22 lb. Bone-in Ham<br />

Preheat oven to 225°. Remove<br />

ham from bag. Score ham with 2<br />

inch diamond shapes across the<br />

side of the ham that has layer of<br />

fat covering. Place 1 whole clove<br />

in center of each diamond score.<br />

Put ham in pan scored side up.<br />

Add one half (1/2) inch of water<br />

to pan. <strong>Co</strong>ver and cook 1 1/2 to<br />

2 hours. The last 30 minutes of<br />

cooking time increase temperature<br />

to 275° and remove lid. Pour on a<br />

glaze if desired. See instructions to<br />

slice and serve.<br />
