Holton Heath, Poole, to The Lighthouse. The 477
m² unit will be used as a non-denominational church
and achieved £25,000 per annum. Birchmere
acquired the 16.18 hectare business park in 2002
and it now has a total space of 26,477 m² with
lettings to Jigsaw Furniture, Pilkington Marine and
Media Conversion.

The high-profile search for new premises in Poole for
Barclays has unexpectedly unearthed a site owned
by Asda. Planning permission has been granted
for a new 9,290 m² regional headquarters in West
Quay Road. The scheme is being undertaken by
Asda and their development partner Marsh Baxter,
with completion due in 2010.
No 2 Cold Harbour Business Park, Sherborne, has
been sold at a net initial yield of 5.25%. The site,
including a refurbished two-storey office building,
provides 2,958 m² with 37 car spaces. The building
is let to Aviation Training International on a 21-year
lease from June 2006 at a rent of £77,148 per
annum, equating to £95.80 per m².
TW Building (Southern) have taken a new six-year
lease on No 5 Bournemouth Central Business Park
at £6,000 per annum.
Donaldson Locksmiths Ltd have taken a new
10-year full repairing and insuring lease on Unit 11,
Burlington Arcade, Bournemouth. The shop unit
achieved a rent of £15,000 per annum.

at 9 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth. The 65.03
m² shop achieved £17,500 per annum on a new
