Closewood Air Conditioning have sold No 5 Lancer
House, Hussan Court, Westside View, Waterlooville,
to Compass Wealth Management Consultants.
The 217 m² unit on the Brambles Business Park
achieved £225,000 on a 125-year ground lease with
111 years unexpired.
Market activity
Seaward Properties have completed their £16
million development at Havant Retail Park, funded
by the Royal Bank of Scotland. The new scheme,
close to the M27 motorway, comprises seven
units, with tenants including Wickes, Aldi, KFC, The
Carphone Warehouse and DSG Group.
BAE Systems Technology Park is now fully let
following the letting of 532 m² of refurbished offices
to Integrity Financial Solutions. The tenant took a
new five-year lease at a rent of £62,942 per annum,
joining existing occupiers, Autoliv, G7 Computer
Services and CS & S Logistics and Information
Systems.
Rok’s £9 million Dakota Park in Havant is nearing
completion. The 7,432 m² two-phase industrial
scheme achieved an initial freehold sale of 1,579.32
m² to Formaplex, with a further six units ranging
from 313 m² to 383 m².
8/9 Queens Parade, Waterlooville, has been let on
a new 15-year lease at £50,000 per annum. The
Larger London Land Co let the retail unit with a total
area of 623 m².
Street Art, Havant
Glanvilles, the solicitors, have taken a new 10-year
lease in Block 100, Langstone Gate in Havant. The
scheme owned by Chichester-based Seaward
Properties, is multi-let. Glanvilles will occupy 487
m².
50
