4.7 <strong>–</strong> COMPLEMENTARY<br />
PRODUCTS<br />
1 - GLUE FOR BASES<br />
One component polyurethanic glue of various colours. It guarantees a perfect gluing between the structure steel<br />
base and the slab. Once the tin is opened, it must be used completely.<br />
- It hardens in about 24 hours; during this period do not walk on the floor.<br />
- Application: by hand or with pneumatic tool directly to the base of the structure.<br />
- Coverage: 1 kg for approx. 24m²<br />
- Package: 0.5 kg tins<br />
2 - ANTIDUST PRIMER<br />
It is used to harden the slab surface, in order to avoid undesired emission of dust or any other little fragments of<br />
material. This product is spread out on the slab after its careful cleaning and vacuuming before starting the floor<br />
installation.<br />
One component polyurethanic primer complete with diluent:<br />
- Application: by roll or brush<br />
- Coverage: 1 kg for approx. 3 m²<br />
- Package: 10 kg tins<br />
- 2 layers recommended<br />
One component water base vinyl primer:<br />
- Application: by roll or brush<br />
- Coverage: 1 kg for approx. 3 m²<br />
- Package: 10 kg tins<br />
- 2 layers recommended<br />
One component water base polyurethanic antidust varnish:<br />
- Application: by roll or brush<br />
- Coverage: 1 kg of mixture for approx. 5 m²<br />
- Package: 2,5 kg tins<br />
- 2 layers recommended<br />
3 - THREAD LOCKING GLUE<br />
One component glue to be applied in small quantities (a few drops) to lock the heads of columns or the adjusting<br />
nuts of the structure base. This is to avoid rotation due to accidental contact during maintenance purpose, or to<br />
vibration of the floor. It is supplied together with the access floor materials.<br />
- Package: 50g small bottles<br />
- Coverage: approx. 40 m² per small bottle<br />
- Application: a few drops by the bottle neck<br />
4 - THERMOADHESIVE EDGE<br />
Black plastic thermoadhesive edge to be used on site for perimetral cut panels or in case of small repairs.<br />
- Application: with a hot iron<br />
- Height: 45 mm<br />
- Thickness: approx. 0.5 mm<br />
- Package: 30 m rolls<br />
