<strong>ART</strong><br />

When any of the six buttons are pressed a file selection dialog<br />

box is opened that allows the user to specify the name of the<br />

output file and the extension of this file. The extension must be<br />

given for the program to recognize which data format to export<br />

the data in. A filename is automatically suggested by <strong>ART</strong><br />

based on the name listed in the central list box. If the user has<br />

entered metadata concerning the earthquake and station<br />

associated with a time-history these information are included<br />

within the exported files in agreement with the selected file<br />

format. This is a significant improvement with respect to<br />

previous versions of <strong>ART</strong>.<br />

ISESD<br />

<strong>ART</strong> allows the exporting of uncorrected and corrected timehistories,<br />

response spectra and Fourier amplitude spectra in<br />

the data format of the Internet Site for European Strong-Motion<br />

Data (http://www.isesd.cv.ic.ac.uk) and associated CD-ROM<br />

collections.<br />

When exporting data, choose the file extension for the export<br />

file according to the following table:<br />
