6.1 GENERAL<br />
Masters of vessels staying in the port of Primorsk are obliged to report a number of issues<br />
/events, or request for permission:<br />
Fire<br />
Collisions<br />
Damages to ship or port facilities<br />
Ships that are sinking or likely to sink or that went aground<br />
Ships loosing cargo, fuels or other objects<br />
Any pollution of port area<br />
Accidents on vessels<br />
Restriction or lack of manoeuvrability<br />
Ships intended for laying up<br />
Repairs<br />
Hot works<br />
Embarking/Disembarking, taking provisions in the locks<br />
Anchoring in port<br />
Loosing anchors or chain<br />
Under water inspections<br />
Engine trials<br />
Lowering boats and rafts<br />
Other circumstances actually endangering or susceptible of creating a danger for<br />
persons or objects.<br />
