CONDITIONS AND REASONS<br />
1. The use hereby approved shall be discontinued and the land restored<br />
to its former condition within 2 years from the date of this permission<br />
unless the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority has<br />
been obtained to an extension of this period.<br />
The use is not considered suitable as a permanent use of the land.<br />
2. The storage height of whole and shredded tyres within the site shall be<br />
restricted to a height of no more than 2.9 metres to ensure that<br />
stockpiles of such material can at no time be seen from anywhere<br />
along Tees Road and/or Brenda Road. Poles 2.9meters in height shall<br />
be erected within the storage areas in locations to be first agreed in<br />
writing by the Local Planning Authority to enable the height restriction<br />
to be measured on site, the poles shall thereafter be retained during<br />
the lifetime of the development.<br />
