HSE improvements. Establish a Contractor VP <strong>Safety</strong> Steering Team to meet twice a year to<br />
discuss expectations, performance, best practices and lessons learned for the Arctic Portfolio.<br />
Share and Communicate Arctic SHE&S best practices, lessons learned and experiences across the<br />
organization and industry to help prevent anyone from getting hurt, even if it is just one person.<br />
