Personal SSH&E Plan Guidance
• A one-page list of about 3-5 behaviors or actions that
you personally commit to work on during 2010
• Behaviors or actions that can be related to safety,
health, security or the environment
• Can be connected to work or home/family or both
• Better to pick just a few, rather than track a long list;
okay to change or add an action during the year
• Pick new behaviors or actions that you are not already
doing or part of your regular job
• Describe behaviors or actions in a measurable way so
you know when you’ve made progress
• Share your Plan with others and keep it handy and
visible as a reminder Hold Yourself Accountable!
