Alzheimer/Dementia Family Caregiver<br />

Support Group<br />

The purpose <strong>of</strong> the group is:<br />

● To meet with caregivers whose lives are affected by<br />

Dementia <strong>and</strong> share information <strong>and</strong> friendship.<br />

● To learn <strong>and</strong> share practical tips for coping with<br />

change.<br />

● A place to express feelings, find reassurance <strong>and</strong><br />

decrease feelings <strong>of</strong> loneliness <strong>and</strong> isolation.<br />

● A place to learn more about the disease, community<br />

resources <strong>and</strong> planning ahead.<br />

The group meets monthly, Saturdays at 1:30pm for one<br />

hour.<br />
