How Do I Comply?<br />
It is each employee's responsibility to be familiar with the<br />
requirements <strong>of</strong> the <strong>FERC</strong> <strong>Standards</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Conduct</strong> and to<br />
follow them in their daily work activities.<br />
The following tools have been developed to assist EGT<br />
and MRT employees in compliance:<br />
• <strong>FERC</strong> Compliance Plan for Interstate Natural Gas<br />
Pipelines (Compliance Plan)<br />
• <strong>Standards</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Conduct</strong> Implementation Procedures<br />
(Attachment A to the Compliance Plan)<br />
• This annual training and new employee training<br />
regarding <strong>Standards</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Conduct</strong> compliance<br />
