Settings<br />

Scroll to a network, and select Options and from the following:<br />

● Conn. settings — to set automatic or manual connection to the network when it<br />

becomes available<br />

● Rename — to rename the network<br />

● Forward settings — to forward the settings of the saved network. Enter a security<br />

code (preset code 12345), and the phone number, and select Send.<br />

● Edit settings — to set the access data of a network<br />

● Delete — to delete the selected network<br />

● Add new network — to add a new network and set its access data manually<br />

● Organise priority — to move a saved network in the order of priority<br />

Wi-Fi call settings<br />

Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi call settings and from the<br />

following options:<br />

● Configuration — to select an UMA configuration<br />

● Account — to select which UMA account to use<br />

Connectivity<br />

Your phone provides several features to connect to other devices to transmit and receive<br />

data.<br />

Bluetooth wireless technology<br />

Bluetooth technology allows you to connect your phone using radio waves to a<br />

compatible Bluetooth device within 10 meters (32 feet).<br />

This device is compliant with Bluetooth Specification 2.0 + EDR <strong>support</strong>ing the following<br />

profiles: generic access, network access, generic object exchange, advanced audio<br />

distribution, audio video remote control, hands-free, headset, object push, file transfer,<br />

dial-up networking, SIM access, and serial port. To ensure interoperability between<br />

other devices <strong>support</strong>ing Bluetooth technology, use <strong>Nokia</strong> approved enhancements for<br />

this model. Check with the manufacturers of other devices to determine their<br />

compatibility with this device.<br />

There may be restrictions on using Bluetooth technology in some locations. Check with<br />

your local authorities or service provider.<br />

Features using Bluetooth technology increase the demand on battery power and reduce<br />

the battery life.<br />

Set up a Bluetooth connection<br />

Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth and take the following steps:<br />

1. Select My phone's name and enter a name for your phone.<br />

2. To activate Bluetooth connectivity select Bluetooth > On. indicates that<br />

Bluetooth is active.<br />
