Abstract
Ciprofloxacin is synthetic broad spectrum antimicrobial agents for oral administration.
It is used to treat infections of the skin, lungs, airways, bones and joints caused by susceptible
bacteria. It is also frequently used to treat urinary infections caused by bacteria such as
E. Coli.
In our studies we have investigated how the 19 F NMR spectra obtained at 9.3950 T (400
MHZ for protons) changes with concentration and temperature of ciprofloxacin aqueous
solution.
