ENTRANCE ANTIPHON
God himself is my help. The Lord upholds my life. I will offer you a willing sacrifice; I will praise
your name, O Lord, for its goodness.
COMMUNION ANTIPHON
The Lord keeps in our minds the wonderful things he has done. He is compassion and love; he
always provides for his faithful.

Dear Parishioners,
Today we welcome Francis Leong, from the Catholic Mission Office, who will speak to us about his work of supporting our
missionaries throughout the world. As a missionary priest myself, I understand the importance of the work of Catholic Missions,
who provide missionaries in every way—financially, spiritually and practically. Without this support, neither lay or religious
missionaries would be able to carry on the work of taking the light of Jesus to the dark places of the world. I urge you to give generously
today and to pray everyday for the men and women who risk even their lives to fulfil the Lord’s command to “Go out and
share the Good News”.
Today after all Masses, we will again have available tickets to the concert by Peter Kearney on Sunday 31st of July. This should be a
wonderful and very different way of exploring the life and spirituality of this great Saint - a very worthwile way to spend a Sunday
afternoon. Due to the cold weather, the heating will be on in the church, so that it may be a comfortable experience for us all.
Please consider buying a ticket today. - Fr. Sunny
“Good Morning,, Good People” is the name that Peter Kearney has given to his musical presentation which explores the life and spirituality of St. Francis of
Assisi. It is being performed around the state, including the Cathedral. This concert has had excellent reviews in the Eastern states and we are very privileged
to be able to present the concert here in our own church. Please come and be suprised.!
