and other concealed spaces to retard the spread of flame, heat or smoke;

Means an enclosed area, which is used or intended to be used for the
parking, storing, servicing or repairing of motor vehicles;
1.1.2.51. 'Habitable room'
Means a room constructed or adapted to be used as a living or sleeping
room or as a place for habitual employment of any person;
1.1.2.52. 'Hoarding'
Means a temporary fence made of lightweight, approved material erected
around a building site;
