If you’re like most women, you prefer to look your best all the time, not<br />
just after applying make-up. When you wake up in the morning, go to<br />
work, to the gym, or to engage in aerobics, hiking, biking, swimming, or<br />
playing tennis—anything at all—wouldn’t it be nice not to worry about<br />
runny eyeliner, pale eyebrows, or ghostly pale lips? Imagine your face always<br />
at its radiant best because your features are enhanced with permanent<br />
make-up. No, not the there-until-you-wash-it-off stuff, but truly<br />
permanent makeup, sometimes known in the beauty industry as micropigmentation.<br />
Micro-pigmentation refers to the process of applying permanent coloring<br />
to the dermis—the inner layer of your skin—in such a way as to produce<br />
a design that resembles makeup. Think light, feathery strokes of color<br />
that shape and enhance your eyebrows; a smooth, charcoal line under or<br />
above your eyelashes; or a sheen of juicy color surrounded by liner ac-<br />
