National Committee on Graves Registration Chairman Bob Lowe<br />

Commander, only one recommendation from <strong>the</strong> Graves Registration Committee this year. This<br />

Encampment or <strong>the</strong> Council <strong>of</strong> Administration grant approval to conduct an investigation/cost analysis<br />

toward <strong>the</strong> ultimate goal <strong>of</strong> contracting with a computer programmer for additional enhancements and<br />

functions to <strong>the</strong> National Graves Registration Database.<br />

Currently <strong>the</strong> National Graves Registration Database on-line was an ongoing project dating back<br />

a few years ago. It has come with inherited problems to it. Some that we have been able to correct<br />
