Onsite Sewage System and General Sewage Sanitation Regulations<br />

enhancement, remediation, etc.), or maintenance <strong>of</strong> onsite sewage systems, or the<br />

pumping and transporting <strong>of</strong> sewage, unless certified to do so pursuant to these<br />

regulations.<br />

K. Licensing Required for Engineers or Designers. No person or business shall<br />

engage in the design <strong>of</strong> onsite sewage systems unless licensed by the Washington<br />

State Department <strong>of</strong> Licensing under Chapter 18.210 RCW or Chapter 18.43<br />

RCW.<br />

L. Applicability <strong>of</strong> other <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Health</strong> Regulations – Compliance Required. As<br />

applicable under other <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Health</strong> regulations for drinking water supply,<br />

food establishments, solid waste, etc., compliance with those regulations is<br />

required as a condition <strong>of</strong> <strong>Health</strong> Officer approval for plans, applications, or<br />

permits required under these regulations.<br />
