Method:
1. PLACE one Swiss roll slice in each of
the six bowls or stem glasses. Arrange
the fresh fruit on top. Fill the sweetened
whipped cream into a piping bag
fitted with a star nozzle.
2. Pipe out cream stars on the fruits.
Sprinkle with the chocolate chips
or grated chocolate and top with a
cherry. Chill before serving.
Fruity Biscuit Pudding
Ingredients:
• 1 packet bourbon biscuit
• 1 cup mixed fruit – (melons, pineapple,
bananas, apples, orange, grapes)
• 100 gm semi sweetened cream
• Grated chocolate
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 cup water
Method:
Mix 1 tbsp of sugar and 2 drops of lime to
the fruit and keep aside.
Split each biscuit and dip it lightly in sugar
syrup and layer it on a dish (wet it).
Spread fresh cream over it. Sprinkle
chopped fruits. Again spread cream.
Decorate with grated chocolate or plain
roasted nuts.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
