Nuala Foley BA(Hons) Psychology PG Dip is a Senior Consultant<br />

with Full Circle Management Solutions. Nuala studied Psychology at<br />

Queens University Belfast, prior to completing the Premiere Graduate<br />

Management programme and then a PG Diploma in Health and Social<br />

Services Management. In 2005 Nuala joined the Royal College of General<br />

Practitioners, which is a private membership organisation for general<br />

practitioners (GPs), and worked in the role of Project Manager. As a key<br />

member of the management team Nuala was heavily involved with the<br />

strategic and operational planning for the growth of the organization.<br />

In consultancy Nuala has been involved with numerous projects covering a<br />

wide range of sectors with the key emphasis being on Sales and Marketing<br />

and helping clients to get the most out of what they have.<br />

Most recently Nuala has been providing strategic marketing advice to<br />

businesses that recognize the need to develop a cohesive and useful<br />

marketing plan which gives them focus and direction. In addition a specific<br />

area of her expertise is training on all areas of sales and marketing and<br />

people development.<br />

Nuala is highly effective in ‘opening doors’ and introducing clients to<br />

prospective customers.<br />

In June 2011 Nuala led a highly successful trade mission of companies<br />

from counties Laois and Offaly, who were seeking opportunities in Northern<br />

Ireland. Immediate sales resulted from this trip and all eight companies have<br />

identified significant potential from the contact.<br />

Many of the clients whom Nuala has worked with have required a strategy<br />

for sales and an implementation plan. She has therefore worked with these<br />

businesses to identify specific target sales markets and identify the most<br />

effective route to market. This approach provided the client with a time-line<br />

of activities with budget and responsibilities which allowed them to ensure<br />

its effective implementation.
