7. Recite any other surah<br />
ا َالله ُ ا َك ْبر 8. Go in<strong>to</strong> ruku, saying<br />
9. Read the Tasbeeh of ruku<br />
10. Come up from ruku, saying the Tasmee’<br />
11. Recite the dua in qaumah (Tahmeed)<br />
ا َالله ُ ا َك ْبر 12. Go down in<strong>to</strong> sajdah saying<br />
13. Read the tasbeeh of sajdah<br />
ا َالله ُ ا َك ْبر 14. Come up from sajdah saying<br />
15. Recite the dua in jalsah<br />
ا َالله ُ ا َك ْبر 16. Go down for the 2nd sajdah saying<br />
17. Read the tasbeeh of sajdah<br />
18. Come up from the 2nd sajdah saying ا َالله ُ ا َك ْبر <strong>and</strong><br />
proceed straight in<strong>to</strong> qiyām.<br />
YOU HAVE NOW COMPLETED THE 1ST RAKAAT<br />
19. The 2nd rakaat will be performed in the same<br />
manner as the 1st rakaat. However, thanaa <strong>and</strong><br />
ta’awwuz will not be recited <strong>and</strong> you will sit in<br />
qa’dah after the 2nd sajdah. Recite the following<br />
in this qa’dah:<br />
a) Tashah’hud<br />
b) Durood-e-Ibraheem<br />
c) Dua after Durood-e-Ibraheem<br />
ا َلسل َام عل َيك ُم ورحمة ُ d) Make salaam <strong>to</strong> the right, saying<br />
ا َلسل َام عل َيك ُم ورحمة ُ االلهْ <strong>and</strong> then <strong>to</strong> the left, saying االلهْ
