6. Sunnats of Jalsa (Sitting between the two<br />
sajda’s)<br />
6.1. Sit between the two sajdahs with ease.<br />
Note: It is waajib <strong>to</strong> remain in Jalsa for the<br />
duration of at least one االله .سبحان َ To remain<br />
sitting a little longer for approximately the<br />
duration that one was in sajdah is sunnah.<br />
6.2. Keep the gaze fixed on the chest.<br />
6.3. Read the following dua in jalsa:<br />
ا َلل ّهم اغ ْفر لى وارحمن ِى وعافنى ِ واهدن ِى وارزق ْن ِي<br />
7. Sunnats of Qa’dah (sitting posture)<br />
7.1. Keep the right foot upright <strong>and</strong> the left foot<br />
flat on the ground, so that one may sit on the<br />
left foot.<br />
7.2. Keep the <strong>to</strong>es of both feet facing <strong>to</strong>wards the<br />
qiblah.<br />
7.3. Keep the gaze fixed on the chest with the<br />
