3.2. Keep the gaze fixed on the feet.<br />
3.3. Keep the back straight.<br />
3.4. Keep the arms straight.<br />
3.5. Keep the head <strong>and</strong> lower back in line.<br />
3.6. The female should only bow down so much that<br />
the tips of her fingers are able <strong>to</strong> <strong>to</strong>uch the<br />
<strong>to</strong>p of her knees. The fingers <strong>and</strong> feet should<br />
be kept <strong>to</strong>gether. She should also ensure that<br />
her elbows <strong>to</strong>uch her sides in ruku.<br />
3.7. Say ال ْعظيم رب ِّي سبحان َ at least thrice.<br />
4. Sunnats of Qaumah (st<strong>and</strong>ing posture<br />
between ruku <strong>and</strong> sajda<br />
4.1. When getting up from ruku, st<strong>and</strong> with ease<br />
before going in<strong>to</strong> sajdah.<br />
Note: It is wajib <strong>to</strong> remain in Qaumah for the<br />
duration of at least one االله .سبحان َ To remain<br />
st<strong>and</strong>ing a little longer, for approximately the<br />
duration of time that one was in ruku, is<br />
sunnah.<br />
4.2. Read the following dua in qaumah<br />
ربنا ول َك ال ْحمد حمدا ك َثيرا ط َي ِّبا مبارك ًا فيه<br />
4.3. Say the takbeer when going in<strong>to</strong> sajdah.
