Workshop on UN Sanctions 16-17 July 2004 DISCLAIMER Those participating in this workshop did so in their individual and not institutional capacity. It was understood that views expressed by participants at the workshop were not representative of their Governments or organizations. While expert presentations only were recorded for future training purposes, Chatham House rules applied to all discussion sessions. The information contained in this report is presented as a summary of the discussions that occurred, observing this non-attribution policy. Further, the scenario presented during the workshop was created solely to engage participants in a discussion of the findings of the Interlaken, Bonn-Berlin and Stockholm Processes.
