The EAB can also use Altera megafunctions to implement dual-port RAM<br />

applications where both ports can read or write, as shown in Figure 3.<br />

The <strong>FLEX</strong> <strong>10KE</strong> EAB can be used in a single-port mode, which is useful for<br />

backward-compatibility with <strong>FLEX</strong> 10K designs (see Figure 4).<br />
