GRI index GRI Index J C This is the Commission’s first sustainability report where we report against the GRI descriptors and disclosures. The Commission’s self-declared Application Level is C. A “C” Report Application level requires the Commission to report on 1.1, 2.1–2.10, 3.1–3.8, 3.10– 3.12, 4.1–4.4, 4.14–4.15 and a minimum of 10 Performance Indicators, including at least one from each of: social, economic and environment. The scope and boundary of the annual report is determined by the Commission’s three key operational activities as measured by the performance indicators shown on pp 6–7 as well as the Commission’s engagements with its stakeholders as reported at pp 52–60, 131–134. The Commission has no entitites over which it exercises control or signficant influence. There are no identified material exclusions from this report.
