TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
COMUNICATION SYSTEM (INTERCOMS)
• 4 x belt pack/ headset on one circuit.
• All cabling/ patches/adapters to connect the system.
WARDROBE
ALL COSTUME CHANGES ARE TAKING PLACE ON THE STAGE DURING THE SHOW.
1. STAFF
- 02 Staff Members, dressers, backstage during every rehearsal and show.
- 01 Staff Member, 5 hours daily, in the evening after the show and in the morning for
washing, drying, ironing and repairing.
2. WASHING; DRYING AND REPAIRING
- 02 Washing Machines
- 02 Laundry Dryers
- 02 clotheshorse
- 01 Place with steam iron and sewing machine
- 18 Standard Towels (about 0,40m x 0,80m) for each run through and each performance
- 18 Shower Towels (about 0,60m x 1,40m) for each run through and each performance
*The Towels have to be provided by the Organizer
3. BEHIND SET
- 21 Chairs behind Set
- 03 Costumes Stands on wheels behind the set (ca. 1,50m to 2,00m)
- 02 Laundry Baskets behind the set (Waterproof)
DRESSING ROOMS
- 01 for 3 FEMALE DANCERS
- 01 for 3 MALE DANCERS
- 01 for 6 FEMALE KIDS
- 01 for 6 MALE KIDS
- 01 for Musicians (1 male and 1 female)
- 01 separate room for 4 Technicians.
- 01 separate room for 1 Production/Tour Manager.
- All dressing rooms have to be equipped with full height mirrors.
- Temperature in the dressing rooms should be 22°C.
- Lounges in the dancers dressing rooms.
- Make-up place: table and illuminated mirror, enough space for make-up in the dressing
rooms.
- Toilette und shower facilities (male & female separated - no public lavatory) with hot and
cold water and showers.
