TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS<br />
TECHNICAL STAFF<br />
Any change to this schedule has to be discussed immediately with the company<br />
This schedule assumes that <strong>on</strong> our arrival:<br />
- the floor is levelled<br />
- all required lighting and sound equipment is in the theatre<br />
- soft goods and hanging hardware are available<br />
- in warehouses (etc.) the platform and a grid is already build<br />
- a local experienced crew is available<br />
As a crew for the load in and initial c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> of the set we will need:<br />
- 1 head technician/facility manager at space to check lists, discuss producti<strong>on</strong> schedule,<br />
rentals. He should be present all the times the company is in the theatre.<br />
- 6 carpenters/riggers/fly men/props<br />
- 4 electricians<br />
- 2 sound technicians<br />
- 1 video technician (in additi<strong>on</strong> to sound staff)<br />
- 1 wardrobe pers<strong>on</strong><br />
As a running crew<br />
- 2 electrician familiar with the local lighting desk<br />
- 1 stage technician.<br />
- 1 sound tech. stand by<br />
- 1 video tech. stand by<br />
- 2 wardrobe pers<strong>on</strong>s<br />
To Strike and load out:<br />
- 6 stage technicians<br />
- 2 sound technicians<br />
N.B.:<br />
• During load in and out, a forklift is necessary.
