International conference<br />
Planning continued for <strong>Construction</strong> <strong>Innovation</strong>’s Third International<br />
Conference to be held on the Gold Coast, 12–14 March 2008.<br />
Clients Driving <strong>Innovation</strong>: Benefiting from <strong>Innovation</strong> focuses on<br />
demonstrating the social, environmental and economic benefits of<br />
applied research and innovation in the property, design, construction<br />
and FM industry.<br />
The conference is expected to attract 250 national and international<br />
research and industry attendees.<br />
Industry workshops<br />
A series of national industry-focused workshops on FM and safety<br />
research outcomes were presented across Australia, attracting 500<br />
industry attendees.<br />
The workshops provided participants with publications summarising<br />
key research outputs and enabled interaction with industry,<br />
government and research from the project teams.<br />
