& DRAWING WITH A MIX OF
CARTOONING
BEGINNING–ADVANCED
AMY BERKOWITZ
Cover basic techniques in
creating characters with a fine
art sensibility. Create a character
using techniques of shading,
color studies and landscape
development. Employ a visual
painterly approach to cartooning
and learn the foundations of
fine art skills. Each session
explores different skills, including
line drawings, painting and/or
storyboarding. Students learn to
use a variety of materials.

Explore the many aspects of coldform
jewelry making - anything
without heat. Design solderless
jewelry with fun and functionality
such as wire wrap, clasp making,
solderless settings, leather, foundobject
assemblages, repousée and
tooling, bead embroidery and
bead weaving.
