<strong>Job</strong> Purpose: You will be responsible for maintaining social media channels, producing e-catalogues and<br />
customer survey reports, prize draws and competitions. Assisting with the promotional elements/content of<br />
the site and affiliate/email campaigns/comparative shopping as required. You will also assist with the<br />
development and execution of marketing initiatives to increase sales revenue and return on investment whilst<br />
enriching user experience and improving site usability.<br />

To monitor and maintain the social media channels<br />
o To actively monitor and maintain Facebook in accordance with TRU social media guidelines and<br />
policies<br />
o To increase fans using competitions and other community activity relevant to seasonal plans<br />
o To assist in the deliver of the Toyology programme, in particular coordinating product and logistics.<br />
o To monitor and maintain other social media channels as appropriate, including You Tube.<br />
To produce e catalogues<br />
o To produce e catalogues from final artwork ready to publish onsite in accordance with the e<br />
catalogue schedule. (Training will be provided)<br />
To produce monthly Customer Survey Reports and Prize Draws<br />
o To produce the monthly customer survey reports for post abandonment and post delivery. (Training<br />
will be provided)<br />
o To oversee the monthly customer survey prize draws and the customer reviews prize draw.<br />
To deliver onsite partner competitions<br />
o To oversee and deliver the competition schedule<br />
o To create promotional competition banners to schedule, draw winners and synch competition data<br />
Assisting with the promotional elements of the site<br />
o Assist the Marketing team to produce promotional led web pages and banners<br />
o To liaise with suppliers for imagery and descriptions if not available internally<br />
o Ensure the ‘look and feel’ of the web page reflects the brand identity and consistency<br />
o Regularly review and update the web content, to make sure all information on site is relevant (i.e<br />
update Buyer’s Guide, Recruitment/<strong>Job</strong>s, Help/About <strong>Us</strong>, Store Finder).<br />
To produce and broadcast emails/e-newsletters<br />
o Design and broadcast emails/e-newsletters according to the marketing schedule or upon request<br />
o Work with agency to ensure the email database is updated and profiled periodically<br />
o Update the email schedule on a regular basis, report back sales performance and analyse results<br />
To assist with affiliate/email campaigns/comparative shopping as required<br />
o To assist the marketing team in the delivery of on aspects of ecommerce marketing as required<br />
on an ad hoc basis<br />
To perform any ad-hoc duties as required
Skill Essential Desirable<br />
1. Proven experience of maintaining a transactional website or<br />
database system.<br />

2. Able to communicate with both internal and external<br />
customers.<br />
<br />
3. Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Internet,<br />
Excel and e-mail.<br />
<br />
4. Effective time management and prioritisation skills.<br />
<br />
5. Able to demonstrate strong administration and presentation<br />
skills.<br />
<br />
6. Able to self motivate as well as work as part of a team.<br />
<br />
7. Strong attention to detail.<br />
8. Photoshop and graphic design skills.<br />
8. Previous knowledge of html and Dreamweaver.
