FGEN1 (if used) is confi gured to inject a 100 Hz tone at -18.0 dBm (0.098 Vrms or 0.277 Vpp) into the<br />

Tx Subtone input as shown in Figure 5-29. If the internal programming is used to generate the CTCSS<br />

tone, FGEN1 is not used <strong>and</strong> the CTCSS tone is generated internally in the transmitter.<br />
