What can it offer?<br />
The Centre offers structured groups—woodwork,<br />
crafts, pottery and also social groups.<br />

Who is the service for?<br />
Adults with <strong>Mental</strong> <strong>Health</strong> problems.<br />
What can it offer?<br />
The Centre offers social activities with an emphasis<br />
on self-help, aimed towards good mental health<br />
including art and craft facilities, gardening, pool,<br />
darts, scrabble, bingo, the odd quiz etc.<br />
We also run a centre at Callington providing craft,<br />
woodwork and drop in facilities (for details phone<br />
01579 384882).<br />
We have washing facilities for those having<br />
difficulty with their laundry.<br />

Our Centre offers transport via <strong>Cornwall</strong> Volunteers<br />
Bureau for those who have been assessed with a<br />
