Who is the service for?
Service Users aged 18+.
What can it offer?
ARC was set up in 1999 with a user
empowerment grant to access resources
outside the mental health system.
We started off with 4 members and are still
very small, but over the years some of us have
taken up educational courses, yoga and several
trips,including working weekends. We have
recently begun a new programme of art and
craft workshops.
We now meet once a month on Wednesdays
and the art and craft sessions are facilitated
by professional tutors.
