Who is the service for?<br />
Individuals aged between 18—65 who are at a<br />
disadvantage in coping on their own.<br />
What can it offer?<br />
We provide a resource centre for people who<br />
feel that they need support.<br />
We provide a supportive base from which to<br />
encourage individuals in developing a use and<br />
knowledge or other community facilities and access<br />
to appropriate professional as and when required.<br />
We also offer recreational activities such as<br />
swimming, badminton, aqua-aerobics, arts<br />
and crafts.<br />

How to apply<br />
Referrals to the Centre<br />
should be made by the<br />
relevant health or social care<br />
professionals e.g. CPN, GP,<br />
Psychologist, Psychiatrist,<br />
Social Worker or hospital<br />
ward. Upon referral the<br />
person concerned would be<br />
invited to the centre for an<br />
informal interview with the<br />
Centre Manager<br />

We are a multi disciplinary team providing health<br />
and social care support to adults of working age.<br />
Our aim is to provide support and treatment for your<br />
mental health needs and to promote and assist in<br />
maintaining your independence.<br />
