<strong>Lambton</strong> <strong>Shores</strong>.<br />

<strong>The</strong> Deputy Mayor shall attempt to be appointed to relevant economic development<br />
boards and committees at the county level.<br />
Recommendation 5<br />
That a staff report through the chief clerk’s <strong>of</strong>fice be submitted to council regarding a<br />
permanent budget allocation for the EDC. <strong>The</strong> staff report is to include; honourariums,<br />
administration, conferences, supplies, marketing and promotional tools, mileage and any<br />
other costs that should be considered.<br />
Recommendation 6<br />
That the Chief Clerks <strong>of</strong>fice provides a briefing package outlining opportunities and<br />
restrictions with regards to the Municipal Act and <strong>Lambton</strong> <strong>Shores</strong> By-Laws affecting the EDC.<br />
<strong>The</strong> ETF recommends that the following recommendations for areas <strong>of</strong> immediate<br />
concern be forwarded to the EDC or <strong>of</strong>fices <strong>of</strong> primary interest.<br />

That the EDC follow the; <strong>Lambton</strong> <strong>Shores</strong> procedural by-law, the <strong>Lambton</strong> <strong>Shores</strong><br />
code <strong>of</strong> conduct and the Municipal Act with regards to standing committees and<br />
service boards.<br />
