John went back to work after the 3 days but was on job restriction for 7 more days. Is this recordable? If so, do you record it as a case with days away or restriction? 86 PERRP Recordkeeping
Answer 6 Yes. Prescribed medication is recordable. Days away from work and restricted days are also recordable. This case would be recorded as days away from work. Whenever you have a case that has one day away from work, you record it as days away from work since it is the most serious regardless of how many restricted days. 87 PERRP Recordkeeping
