run Microsoft Windows XP Professional in a corporate<br />

Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook Express, as well as the<br />

productivity applications used in a corporate environment,<br />

such as Microsoft Office applications. Students will learn how<br />

to resolve operating system issues by telephone, by<br />
